How do I know my order was received?
Once your order is successfully paid via PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal noting a payment to First United Methodist of Hendersonville, Inc. This email will include the date of your meals and quantity ordered. If you do not receive this email, we have not received your order. Please save the PayPal email as proof of purchase.
What if I need assistance?
Meals4Missions is a web-based business. We do not have a phone number. If you need asssitance, please contact us via the “Contact Us” button and we will contact you quickly to help resolve any issues.
What is your refund and substitution policy?
We do not offer refunds or substitutions, and all sales are final. If you order a meal and cannot pick it up please contact a friend to get it in your place. Meals not picked-up by 6pm Thursday will be donated to Safelight. www.safelightfamily.org
How can I tell when the item I ordered will be picked-up?
Refer to the date to the left of each item, e.g. “03.15.18 Shrimp and Grits” can be picked-up on 3-15-18. Your receipt from PayPal will contain this information.
What happens when there is inclement weather?
If Henderson County schools are closed due to inclement weather the church will be closed. We will issue you a coupon if this occurs.
Is food prepared in a peanut-free environment?
We NEVER use peanuts in our church kitchen. We DO use almonds, pecans and other tree nuts.
Are entrees gluten-free?
We will indicate when an item is gluten-free in the product description, using GF or “gluten-free”, to indicate there is no wheat, rye or barley in the entrée.
When bacon is used, we ONLY use “all natural and unprocessed” bacon.
